I purchased this for my nephew to wear skiing and apres-ski. He is 6'1" and thin. The medium fit perfectly and looked terrific. So when I wanted something a bit lighter than my other Dale sweaters, I came back to the company I've come to know and love. I was surprised to find them on Amazon as previously I had to purchase from ski resort shops. Their design and quality is excellent and I wasn't disappointed in this new item. It is lighter in weight than the classic ski sweater, but equally beautiful. I wear it in the cold Chicago winter even to dinners with friends. It is comfortable and fits well.This is a double layer merino sweater and therefore that much warmer than the single layer ones. It is extremely comfortable with no itching therefore can be worn on its own or with a short sleeved t shirt without any problem. Sizewise I am 40/41 inch chest and the medium is a perfect fit. Expensive sweater but it looks that way.This jumper was Really good quality, but there was too much material around the armpit and chest junction, which bunch outwards. it just didn't look right when on. I am 6 foot and quite broad shoulders, so whether i was unlucky not sure.going to try a slim fit version if i can find one.The arms on this jumper are far to wide/baggy and don't hang well, such a shame. (I tried both the Large and Medium and both had the same baggy/saggy arms issues)… not attractive or comfortable.This is a superb sweater. Perfect fit. Fantastic quality. Although expensive it is worth every penny, will last for years. Delighted with product. Will buy again for sure.Pleased as Punch with this product it is fabulous. The St Moritz pattern is remarkable, the fit and craftsmanship second to none. Always wanted a true Norwegian pullover and now one thoroughly happy chappies.
